Method
 

How to Make Minted Cucumber and Honeydew Cooler
  1. Peel cucumber and honeydew, then chop into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Place fresh mint leaves in a pitcher and gently muddle until aromatic, about 10 seconds.
  3. Add the chopped cucumber and honeydew plus 1 cup cold water to a blender. Process on high for 30 seconds until light green puree forms.
  4. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into the pitcher with muddled mint.
  5. Stir in honey and fresh lime juice until fully dissolved, tasting for balance.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the cooler until ¾ full. Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber slice.
