How to Make Minted Cucumber and Honeydew Cooler
- Peel cucumber and honeydew, then chop into 1-inch pieces.
- Place fresh mint leaves in a pitcher and gently muddle until aromatic, about 10 seconds.
- Add the chopped cucumber and honeydew plus 1 cup cold water to a blender. Process on high for 30 seconds until light green puree forms.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into the pitcher with muddled mint.
- Stir in honey and fresh lime juice until fully dissolved, tasting for balance.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the cooler until ¾ full. Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber slice.
