- Stir in sliced green onions, then taste and adjust sugar or vinegar for perfect sweet-tangy balance.
To Marinate
- Place ribs in a shallow dish; pour marinade over evenly. Turn to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
For Cooking
- Preheat grill to medium-high (around 400°F), ensuring grates are clean and hot.
- Arrange ribs on hot grates and cook 4–5 minutes per side, rotating halfway.
- During the final minute, brush ribs with reserved marinade for a glossy finish. Transfer to a platter and rest for 5 minutes.
