  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Brush lightly for a golden texture.
  • 1 clove Garlic Rub onto toasted slices.
For the Topping
  • 8 ounces Goat cheese Soft and tangy.
  • 1 cup Roasted red peppers Jarred or homemade.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs Like basil or parsley.
Optional Garnishes
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze Drizzle for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Cracked black pepper Enhances overall flavor.

Method
 

For the Crostini
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Brush each baguette slice lightly with olive oil.

  4. Rub the warm crostini with a halved garlic clove.
For the Topping
