Preparation and Baking

  5. Fold the pastry edges over the brie, pressing to seal seams tightly.
  6. Whisk egg and water together, then brush the mixture over the pastry.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden and the cheese feels gooey.
