Method
 

Preparation

Caramelizing Onions
  1. In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter with a drizzle of olive oil until foaming.
  2. Add thinly sliced yellow onions, a pinch of brown sugar, and salt. Stir occasionally until deep golden, about 25 minutes.
Assembly
