Oysters
- Place live oysters on a stable surface and carefully shuck them, preserving the natural juices.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Cajun seasoning evenly over each oyster.
- Spoon generous dollops of the warm garlic butter mixture over each seasoned oyster.
- Transfer oysters to a preheated grill at medium-high heat (375°F) and cook 5–7 minutes.
