Method
 

Garlic Butter

Oysters
  1. Place live oysters on a stable surface and carefully shuck them, preserving the natural juices.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of Cajun seasoning evenly over each oyster.
  3. Spoon generous dollops of the warm garlic butter mixture over each seasoned oyster.
  4. Transfer oysters to a preheated grill at medium-high heat (375°F) and cook 5–7 minutes.
