How to Make Whipped Feta with Honey
  1. Place feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a drizzle of olive oil into the food processor bowl.
  2. Pulse mixture on high speed for 1–2 minutes, scraping down the sides once. Stop when the cheese blend is light, airy, and silky, with no visible lumps.
  3. Taste mixture and blend in extra lemon juice or a pinch of salt if desired, aiming for bright tang with balanced creaminess.
  4. Gently heat raw honey in a small saucepan over low heat for about 30 seconds until it becomes runny and fragrant.
  5. Spoon whipped feta into a shallow bowl, smooth the surface, and pour warm honey over the top. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs.
