Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp Filling
  • 1 pound Large shrimp Fresh or thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce The star ingredient
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Taco Assembly
  • 8 pieces Corn or flour tortillas Warmed before serving
  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage or lettuce
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped
  • 1 medium Avocado Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt For drizzling
  • 1/2 cup Pickled red onions Optional

Method
 

For the Shrimp Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, Sriracha, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Warm a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add marinated shrimp in a single layer and sauté for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque pink and firm.
To Assemble the Tacos
  1. Heat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side.
  2. Divide shredded cabbage or lettuce among tortillas, top each with shrimp, avocado slices, cilantro, and pickled onions.
  3. Drizzle sour cream or Greek yogurt over each taco.
