  • 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary Chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh thyme Chopped.
  • 1 medium Onion Diced finely.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 leaves Bay leaves

Directions
  1. Brown Turkey: Place ground turkey in a hot, lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, cooking 4–5 minutes until edges are golden brown. Transfer to slow cooker.
  2. Mix Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add Sauce: Pour the fragrant sauce evenly over turkey meat in cooker, ensuring vibrant herbs and glossy liquid coat every morsel.
  4. Slow Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 6–8 hours (or High 3–4 hours) until tender and juicy.
  5. Finish & Serve: Remove bay leaves, then stir gently to incorporate sauce evenly. Let the turkey rest 5 minutes before serving.
