  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar Balances sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Brown Sugar For subtle sweetness

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper. Let rest.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Add oil and coat evenly. Add shrimp in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Transfer shrimp to a plate. Add garlic and ginger to the wok, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add snow peas and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
  6. Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey or brown sugar in a bowl.
  7. Return shrimp to the skillet and pour sauce over. Toss for about 30 seconds until glossy.
  8. Serve over rice, noodles, or enjoy as is. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
