  • 1 lb Lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko works great for lightness.
  • 1 large Eggs Natural binder.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Fresh oregano or dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
For the Flavor Enhancers
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small Onion (finely diced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
Optional Topping
  • 1/4 cup Tomato paste or marinara sauce Spread on top before baking.

Method
 

Main Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and position the rack in the center.
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment or brush lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, diced onion, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press it into an even, compact loaf shape.
  5. Brush tomato paste or marinara sauce evenly over the loaf’s surface.
  6. Place in the center rack and bake at 375°F for 45–50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan and slice.
