  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach use vibrant, young leaves
  • 1 cup Kale adds extra vitamins
  • 1 whole Cucumber for hydration
For the Zesty Kick
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger Root peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh-squeezed
For Sweetness and Balance
  • 1 whole Green Apple chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Agave Syrup optional

Method
 

Making the Juice
  1. Wash spinach, kale, and cucumber under cold water. Pat leaves dry and roughly chop into 1-2 inch pieces.
  2. Feed greens and cucumber through your juicer at medium speed until bright green liquid flows.
  3. Add grated fresh ginger and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the juice pitcher. Stir gently.
  4. Toss in chopped green apple and drizzle honey or agave syrup.
  5. Chill over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with a spinach leaf or lemon wheel.
