Making the Juice
- Wash spinach, kale, and cucumber under cold water. Pat leaves dry and roughly chop into 1-2 inch pieces.
- Feed greens and cucumber through your juicer at medium speed until bright green liquid flows.
- Add grated fresh ginger and freshly squeezed lemon juice into the juice pitcher. Stir gently.
- Toss in chopped green apple and drizzle honey or agave syrup.
- Chill over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with a spinach leaf or lemon wheel.
