For the Marinade
- Combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped green chilies, cumin, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
For Cooking and Tossing
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering.
- Add the marinated lamb; cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Push lamb to one side, add sliced red onions, and cook for 2 minutes until onions soften.
- Sprinkle in chopped cilantro and gently toss everything together.
- Plate the warm lamb mixture immediately and top with a dollop of plain yogurt.
