  • 1 lb Ground turkey Choose lean turkey
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Whole wheat or gluten-free
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder
  • 1 small Onion Finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Milk A splash softens the mixture
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Adds umami richness
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup Classic topping
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just blended.
  3. Fill each muffin cup with the meat mixture, pressing gently to fill.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden brown and reach 165°F internal temperature.
  5. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Brush glaze evenly over each mini meatloaf and return to oven for 5 more minutes.
  7. Let meatloaves rest in the tin for 5 minutes before removing and serving warm.
