Preparation Steps
- Press Tofu: Remove excess moisture by pressing tofu for at least 15 minutes.
- Marinate: Combine tofu, peppers, and pineapple with BBQ marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Soak Skewers: Submerge wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread Skewers: Alternate tofu, red and yellow peppers, and pineapple on skewers with space in between.
- Preheat Grill: Heat to medium-high (375–400°F). Brush grates with oil.
- Grill Skewers: Cook for about 10–12 minutes, turning every 3 minutes until charred.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Serve warm.
