  • 1 block Firm Tofu Pressed and cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Red Bell Peppers Cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Yellow Bell Peppers Cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks Juicy and cut into chunks
For the Marinade
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce Your favorite smoky blend
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika For extra smoky flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Press Tofu: Remove excess moisture by pressing tofu for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Marinate: Combine tofu, peppers, and pineapple with BBQ marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Soak Skewers: Submerge wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread Skewers: Alternate tofu, red and yellow peppers, and pineapple on skewers with space in between.
  5. Preheat Grill: Heat to medium-high (375–400°F). Brush grates with oil.
  6. Grill Skewers: Cook for about 10–12 minutes, turning every 3 minutes until charred.
  7. Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Serve warm.
