For the Glazed Carrots
- Gently slice fresh carrots into uniform 3-inch sticks.
- Warm butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add carrot sticks to the hot pan, stirring gently for about 5 minutes.
- Pour honey over the carrots, tossing to coat each piece, and cook another 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt and crack black pepper over the carrots, stirring for 1 minute.
- Transfer carrots to a serving dish and let rest off heat for 1 minute.
