Preparation

  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Transfer the wedges to a serving platter, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and serve with lemon wedges.
