- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
- Sear beef strips in a single layer for 1–2 minutes per side until edges are lightly charred but still juicy.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, then serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.
