  3. In a food processor, pulse cannellini beans, tahini, lemon juice, and the infused garlic oil until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  4. Add reserved bean liquid or water, 1 tablespoon at a time, blending briefly until you reach a silky, spreadable consistency.
