How to Make Garlic-Ginger Beef Strips in Flour Wrap
  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Add beef strips and toss until each piece is evenly coated in a silky marinade.
  2. Chill: Cover and refrigerate the beef strip mixture for at least 15 minutes to let flavors meld and cornstarch hydrate.
  3. Combine the Dough: Stir all-purpose flour, salt, warm water, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl until a smooth dough forms. Knead 3–5 minutes for elasticity, then let rest 10 minutes covered.
  4. Divide & Roll: Cut the rested dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each ball into a thin 7-inch circle.
  5. Cook the Wraps: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Cook each dough circle 1–2 minutes per side until light golden brown spots appear.
  6. Stir-Fry the Beef: Warm a tablespoon of oil in a hot skillet. Add marinated beef in a single layer; cook 3–4 minutes, stirring often until browned.
  7. Assemble Wraps: Lay wraps flat, spoon beef strips down the center, top with green onions, cilantro, and julienned vegetables. Roll snugly to create wraps.
