Method
 

For the Zucchini Noodles

For the Shrimp and Sauce
  1. Reduce heat to medium, add unsalted butter, and let it melt fully.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Add peeled shrimp in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in lemon juice and stir in chopped parsley. Let simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Return zucchini noodles to skillet, gently toss with garlic butter shrimp until coated.
