How to Make Garam Masala Oven Roasted Carrots
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel fresh carrots, trim off both ends, and cut them lengthwise into uniform ¼-inch sticks.
- In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the carrot sticks, then sprinkle garam masala, salt, and black pepper. Gently toss until coated.
- Arrange the seasoned carrots in a single layer on your prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Remove the pan and let the carrots rest for 2 minutes before serving.
