Parfait Base
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup to sweeten
Fresh Berry Layer
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
Crunchy Topping
  • 1/4 cup Granola your favorite blend
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Nuts almonds, walnuts, or pecans
Optional Extras
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 3 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish

Method
 

Making the Parfait
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup for about 30 seconds, until silky smooth.
  2. Slice strawberries, then toss with blueberries and raspberries in a bowl.
  3. Spoon half the berry mix over the yogurt, creating a visible layer.
  4. Sprinkle granola and chopped nuts on top.
  5. Repeat the layers one more time until your glass is full.
Optional Garnish
  1. Garnish with fresh mint and a drizzle of honey if desired.
