  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Adds savory depth.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes until it’s evenly heated.
  2. Halve bell peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes, then brush each with olive oil.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add spinach until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, sautéed spinach, salt, and pepper until silky smooth.
  5. Spoon the creamy ricotta mixture into each pepper half, pressing gently to fill completely.
  6. Arrange stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes until golden.
  7. Let peppers rest 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.
