  • 4 pieces Quorn fillets Tender, meat-free protein
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For frying fillets
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 medium Onion Sautéed with garlic
For the Dill Havarti Sauce
  • 200 g Havarti cheese Central to the sauce
  • 250 ml Double cream Creates a rich sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill Chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest For brightness
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
Optional Topping
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs For a crunchy topping
  • 30 g Grated Parmesan Adds nuttiness

How to Make Creamy Quorn Fillet Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the fillets until lightly golden, about 2 minutes per side.
  3. Arrange the golden Quorn fillets in a greased baking dish.
  4. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium, add minced garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the double cream, stir in Havarti cheese over low heat until smooth, about 3–4 minutes.
  6. Stir in chopped fresh dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well-balanced.
  7. Pour the dill Havarti sauce evenly over the fillets, then sprinkle breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan on top.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
