How to Make Creamy Quorn Fillet Bake
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the fillets until lightly golden, about 2 minutes per side.
- Arrange the golden Quorn fillets in a greased baking dish.
- In the same skillet, lower heat to medium, add minced garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in the double cream, stir in Havarti cheese over low heat until smooth, about 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in chopped fresh dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well-balanced.
- Pour the dill Havarti sauce evenly over the fillets, then sprinkle breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan on top.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
