  • 4 cups Green Cabbage thinly shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots grated finely
  • 1/4 cup White Onion minced
For the Creamy Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Place shredded green cabbage, grated carrots, and minced onion in a large bowl. Toss gently until veggies are evenly mixed.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the veggie mixture for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and milk. Whisk vigorously until the dressing is smooth.
  4. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to the dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  5. Pour the creamy dressing over the chilled veggies. Toss until every cabbage strand is coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 15 minutes to meld flavors.
