How to Make Cheese-Stuffed Jalapeños
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice each jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing gently.
- If using bacon, wrap each stuffed pepper half with a strip and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese is bubbly.
