For the Glaze
- In a small saucepan, whisk balsamic vinegar and honey until smooth, then bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes.
- Stir occasionally, simmering for 8–10 minutes until the glaze thickens into a syrupy consistency.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the glaze cool undisturbed for about 5 minutes.
For the Skewers
- Slide a ripe cherry tomato, a creamy mozzarella ball, and a fragrant basil leaf onto each wooden skewer, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Arrange the assembled skewers on a large serving platter.
- Lightly drizzle the cooled balsamic glaze over each skewer just before serving.
