Ingredients
  

For the Skewers
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes choose ripe and juicy ones
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini) soft and creamy
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves aromatic and vibrant
  • 8 pieces Wooden Skewers short and sturdy
For the Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar good-quality vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or brown sugar

Method
 

For the Glaze
  1. In a small saucepan, whisk balsamic vinegar and honey until smooth, then bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Stir occasionally, simmering for 8–10 minutes until the glaze thickens into a syrupy consistency.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the glaze cool undisturbed for about 5 minutes.
For the Skewers
  1. Slide a ripe cherry tomato, a creamy mozzarella ball, and a fragrant basil leaf onto each wooden skewer, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  2. Arrange the assembled skewers on a large serving platter.
  3. Lightly drizzle the cooled balsamic glaze over each skewer just before serving.
