Preparation

Buffalo Sauce
- In a separate bowl, whisk hot sauce, melted butter, honey, Worcestershire, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Transfer baked cauliflower to a large bowl, pour the Buffalo sauce over it, and toss until coated.
- Spread the sauced florets back onto the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
