Cooking Steps

  2. Season the white fish fillets with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in a small pan over medium heat until fragrant (about 1 minute). Then fold in thawed spinach and chopped artichokes.
  4. Stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Parmesan until smooth and creamy, cooking over low heat for 2–3 minutes until warm.
  5. Top each seasoned fillet generously with the spinach-artichoke mixture, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until the fish flakes easily and the topping is golden.
  7. Rest the bake for 5 minutes out of the oven before serving.
