Preparation
- Combine oats, milk, water, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt in the slow cooker. Stir gently until well mixed.
- Add cinnamon and vanilla extract, stirring briefly to blend flavors.
- Set slow cooker to LOW heat, cover, and cook for 7–8 hours (overnight).
- Stir the oats well, checking texture. Add a splash of milk or water if too thick.
- Serve hot, topped with fresh fruits, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
