How to Make Air Fryer Maryland Crab Cake
- In a large bowl, gently toss lump crab meat with breadcrumbs, mayo, egg, mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay, parsley, and lemon juice until lightly combined and crab chunks remain noticeable.
- Form the mixture into six ¾-inch-thick patties, pressing gently to avoid overpacking.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F and let it heat for about 3 minutes.
- Lightly spray both sides of each crab cake with cooking oil spray.
- Arrange patties in the basket without overcrowding and cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Transfer crab cakes to a platter, garnish with parsley and lemon wedges, and enjoy with tartar sauce or remoulade.
