  • Wrap it up: Gently fold the edges of the dough over the filling, ensuring it is completely enclosed.
  • Roll into smooth balls: Roll the filled dough between your palms to form a smooth ball. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.

4. Coat with Sesame

  • Roll each ball in sesame seeds: Place the assembled balls on a plate filled with sesame seeds. Roll each ball until fully coated with sesame seeds.

5. Fry

  • Heat oil in a pan: Pour enough oil into a pan to submerge the sesame balls. Heat the oil over medium heat.
  • Fry the sesame balls: Carefully add the sesame balls to the hot oil. Fry them until they turn golden brown, ensuring they cook evenly on all sides.
  • Remove and drain: Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried sesame balls from the oil. Place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

6. Serve

  • Enjoy warm: Vietnamese Fried Sesame Balls are best enjoyed warm. Serve them as a delightful snack or dessert.
