  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the Oil: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until they become soft and translucent, releasing a fragrant aroma.
  3. Cook the Turkey: Add the ground turkey to the pot. Cook until it’s browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  4. Season the Meat: Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the turkey is evenly coated with the spices.
  5. Add the Main Ingredients: Incorporate the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and vegetable broth into the pot. Stir everything together to combine.
  6. Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Allow the chili to cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
