Instructions
- Heat the Oil
Begin by heating 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. - Cook the Beef
Add the 1 lb of beef strips to the pan. Cook them until they are browned on all sides. Once done, remove the beef from the pan and set it aside. - Sauté Garlic and Ginger
In the same pan, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté them for about 1 minute until fragrant. - Add Vegetables
Toss in the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets. Cook these until they are tender-crisp, which should take about 3-4 minutes. - Incorporate Pineapple and Sauce
Stir in the 2 cups of pineapple chunks, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Let them cook together for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. - Combine with Beef
Return the cooked beef strips to the pan. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper to taste. - Serve
Serve the delicious stir fry over a bed of cooked rice, and enjoy your meal!
