- 2 slices of turkey or chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)

- Optional: Jam or syrup for dipping
Instructions
- Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined. Set aside. - Assemble the Sandwich:
Lay out one slice of bread. Place one slice of cheese, followed by the turkey or chicken, another slice of cheese, and top with the second slice of bread. - Dip the Sandwich:
Carefully dip the assembled sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are thoroughly coated. - Fry the Sandwich:
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Once melted, place the sandwich in the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. - Finish and Serve:
Dust the sandwich with powdered sugar and cut it in half. Serve warm, with jam or syrup on the side if desired.
