Instructions
- Combine the ingredients: In a blender, add the chopped mango, peach, spinach leaves, banana, and almond milk.
- Blend until smooth: Blend the mixture until you achieve a smooth consistency. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes during this step.
- Add chia seeds: If you’re using chia seeds, add them to the blender and blend for a few more seconds to ensure they’re evenly distributed.
