- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 3 cups prepared stuffing
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or mushroom soup)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing, cream of soup, milk, and mixed vegetables. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, covering the entire surface.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted to golden perfection.
