  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 3 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or mushroom soup)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing, cream of soup, milk, and mixed vegetables. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, covering the entire surface.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted to golden perfection.
