- 1 lb ground turkey (or chicken)
- 1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables (drained)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 cups diced potatoes (fresh or frozen)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and diced potatoes. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
