- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. This mixture will be the heart of your flavorful dish.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Ensure it’s spread evenly for consistent cooking.
