Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté sliced bell pepper until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
- Spread half of the shredded cheese on two slices of bread.
- Top with sautéed peppers and plant-based chorizo. This combination offers a delightful mix of textures and flavors.
- Add the remaining cheese on top, then cover with the other two bread slices.
- Brush the outside of each sandwich with olive oil. This step ensures the perfect golden-brown crust.
