  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté sliced bell pepper until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
  3. Spread half of the shredded cheese on two slices of bread.
  4. Top with sautéed peppers and plant-based chorizo. This combination offers a delightful mix of textures and flavors.
  5. Add the remaining cheese on top, then cover with the other two bread slices.
