  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Shells:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the shells and let them cool.
  2. Mix Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Stuff Shells:
Carefully fill each cooked shell with the chicken and cheese mixture. Arrange the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
  4. Add Sauce:
Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
